Lavi Industries Introduces Square Post Glass-Spider Railing System

The new railing system from Lavi Industries features marine-grade stainless steel and is designed to withstand category 5 hurricane-force winds.

Lavi Industries, a leading manufacturer of premium railing systems, introduces its new prefabricated square post glass-spider railing system. The system features the modern look of stainless steel in an easy-to-install, low maintenance option for commercial or residential glass guardrails.

The Lavi system is ideal for those who seek the modern look of stainless steel and glass, while still meeting the needs of affordability, durability, and ease-of-use.

“Coastal and lake-front construction projects present unique challenges due to their natural weather conditions. The square post glass-spider railing system was designed to offer our customers a guardrail solution that is at once both modern and elegant, while being exceptionally durable — able to withstand hurricane-force winds, ” explains Gavriel Lavi, President and CEO of Lavi Industries.

Lavi’s new system has already been adopted by Hotel X Toronto, a luxury urban resort in downtown Toronto. The system was chosen for its ability to meet stringent building code requirements and modern design specifications.

Key benefits of the railing system include square-shaped 316-grade stainless steel posts, which offer marine-grade corrosion resistance for indoor or outdoor use. The full guard railing system, complete with posts, glass, and handrails, has been certified to withstand wind speeds up to 169 miles per hour, the equivalent of hurricane category 5 winds. Floor- or fascia-mounted post options and spider fittings allow for quick installation of multi-directional glass railings, with no welding required.
