Life at Lavi
Life here isn't all barriers and build sheets - we actually make time for each other.
Each quarter, the whole team gets together over lunch for catered Chick-fil-A, Noah's Bagels, IHOP, Wolf Creek, or a cookout where a few of us take over the grill. In between, there are smaller socials such as go-kart nights, team outings, and lunches set up between coworkers who don't usually cross paths. These are the events that lets you get to know the person behind the job title.
The fun keeps going with Spirit Weeks, safety bingo, and Halloween department-decorating competition that gets genuinely competitive (winners take home a department lunch party).

Working at Valencia
Just north of L.A., in the Santa Clarita Valley, Valencia is where Lavi started - and it's still our headquarters. It's the commercial and design heart of the company: sales, customer experience, engineering/product, and the teams who figure out what we build and how it gets to customers. If you want to help shape the product and work with the people who actually use it, this is your spot.
Working at San Antonio
Down in the heart of Texas, our San Antonio facility is where a lot of the actual building happens - fabrication, machining, and getting product out the door to customers across the central and eastern U.S. It's hands-on, fast-moving work where what you make ships the same week. If you take pride in building things that hold up, this is the floor for you.

What's the interview process like?
The exact steps vary by role, but here's what to generally expect: once you apply, a recruiter reviews your application and reaches out for a short phone screen. Where are the jobs located? Is anything remote?
We're a US manufacturer with two facilities — Valencia, CA and San Antonio, TX — and most roles are on-site at one of them. A few roles allow for a hybrid position.
