Finally, a Retractable Safety Barrier for Modern Architecture

Modern architecture is bright, airy, and sleek—notable for the abundant use of glass and metal. It brings delight to those who pass through these spaces, but challenges those who need to block off areas surrounded by glass or metal surfaces. Whether you’re managing an airport, office building, or retail store, you need a fast, secure, and easy way to guide people without marring your space aesthetics.

Designed specifically for glass and smooth surfaces such as metal, Lavi's new Glass/Surface Retractable Safety Barrier uses peel-and-stick steel plates and magnetic belt clips to secure spaces efficiently, without damaging surfaces or compromising an area’s elegance.

A Modern and Beautiful Fit for High-Traffic Spaces

What makes Lavi’s glass/surface mountable retractable belt barrier so transformative?

Let’s take a look at four important differentiating factors.

Protective and Unique

Designed to attach to glass and metal surfaces, the Glass/Surface Mount Barrier maintains the aesthetics of public-facing spaces while enhancing safety. And with the ability to choose between 10-foot and 15-foot lengths, a myriad of belt colors, and custom belt graphics, you also gain a vehicle to reinforce your brand and display messaging.

Quick and Instant

No need for drills or complicated tools. Strong and compact, peel-and-stick 3-inch steel discs bind directly to glass or smooth surfaces. Whether it’s a sleek glass wall or an escalator guardrail, installation is scratch-proof and hassle-free.

Portable and Compatible

Need to secure multiple spaces in a large area? The retractable barrier’s compact design is built for rapid deployment, allowing you to quickly set up safety measures whenever and wherever they’re needed. For added flexibility, the magnetic belt clip easily attaches to Beltrac® stanchions, belt receivers, wall receptacles, or any metal surface. Plates are also sold separately to add convenient connection points across your entire space.

Durable and Affordable

Built with ferrous metal, high-quality adhesive, and powerful magnets, the Glass/Surface Mount Barrier is a durable and cost-effective safety solution. Trusted by the world’s leading companies, Lavi Industries’ industrial-strength systems have been guiding and protecting the public for over 45 years. Rigorous testing ensures reliability and performance, as shown here in our Wall Mount Barrier Drop Test, making these barriers the go-to choice for businesses prioritizing safety and efficiency.
