Built to the European 42.4mm (1.67" OD) DIN/EN standard, this facia mount attaches a post to a vertical face where floor mounting isn't an option. It bolts to a stair stringer face, a balcony or promenade edge, or a deck rim, so the post hangs off the face and the rail runs the edge. The welded, pre-fabricated bracket is made for the side load that face mounting puts on it. It's 316-grade satin stainless steel for marine-grade chloride resistance, so it holds up outdoors, along the water, and in humid air. It pairs with the matching 42.4mm welded floor flange when a run needs both floor and face mounting. Sized for 1.67" OD tubing.
