Splice for 2-inch OD Round Tubing

The 2" OD line splices the same way: a brass sleeve (00-830/2) bridges two tube ends from the inside, deforming slightly into a friction fit that grips brass, chrome, or stainless tubing — the full 2" finish range included. The result is one continuous handrail with no visible joint hardware on the run.

For the larger 2" OD diameter, the 830-2 performs the same inline join: slipped inside the tube ends, it locks two sections together so a bolder stair or balcony rail reads as one continuous rail. Soft brass deforms slightly for a friction fit that grips the inside of the tube, and the brass build lets a single part serve any of the 2" round tubing finishes — brass, chrome, or stainless, including the new Chrome. It pairs with the 2" round tubing and matching fittings in the same line.
